A friend recently took her one-year old car to the auto shop to have it maintained. Her technician said to bring her car in once it hit 10,000 miles. It was due for a change oil, clean-up and everything else. Her technician also suggested that she have her car on insurance since when they ran an auto collision estimating software on it, the charges would be so high and if the car had insurance just in case there was an accident (hopefully there will never be one!), it would be covered. A very dear friend who happens to be a co-worker of mine is due to give birth this Christmas! She has waited seven years to finally get pregnant and we have witnessed her journey through everything so we are extremely happy that she is finally having a baby! They decided to make the gender of the baby a surprise so her baby shower will have a Team Green theme. My boss suggested we give them one big gift, either a stroller or a crib, and we pooled our money towards getting them a bumbleride indie stroller. I am so happy for my friend. She opened a business this year doing what she loves – baking.
