Addicted to TV Series.

The husband and I have been watching movies and TV series non-stop the whole month of June that our sleeping schedules are out of whack, our work compromised and our health going bad (talk about being vampires!). You can say we are addicted and we might need something similar to drug rehab programs to help us get back on our sleeping schedules.

Well, for starters, I made a decision to stop watching TV series. I just do not have the EQ to watch a certain number of episodes per day. I *need* to know what happens next, so I tend to finish one season in 48 hours. It is July and we are on a new month, so better start doing things right.
