BACNE.
I read the term on a fashion and make-up blog and had to reread it again to make sure I read it right. Apparently, bacne is a short term for body acne and that people have it mostly on their backs. I really do not know one gets it but I can empathize the frustration of having to cover up backs when halter tops and tube tops can be more fashion forward.
