In front of the PC all day..
That would be me. I have been swamped with too much work lately that I have been working more than eight hours a day four days a week and sneak in a couple more during the weekend. While I am happy that additional work has been happily padding my wallet for savings and expenses, I am not happy how it is adding to the added poundage around my tummy and thighs. Not even adipex can help, I need to M-O-V-E. Even brisk walking for 15 minutes will greatly help. Now if only I can find the time and have the roads airconditioned like the gym.
