Acne Solutions
It’s sharing time once again. I learned that there are reasons why sometimes a not-so oily face becomes bombarded with so many pimples. There are acne solutions to every facial problem – blackheads, white heads or pimples – but you need to make sure you know what you are treating and that you are treating it correctly so as not to aggravate the situation.
There are four main causes of acne: Irregular skin exfoliation, inflammation, excess oil production, and bacteria (P. acnes). Excess oil makes the dead skin cells stick together, clogging the pores and often causing blackheads or whiteheads. Bacteria then settles into the pores and causes inflammation, which results in redness and infection.
