1. Kids are not getting sick, despite of lack of sleep, the changing weather and too much junk food. We are scared of the Influenza A(H1N1) virus, really, and we are thankful that aside from the deadly forms of sickness like mesothelioma, my whole family is spared from getting sick – including my siblings and my parents.

2. Job payouts. It has been pouring like rain these days. As with job opportunities. Such a welcome change from the drought last month. Belt-tightening is still enforced around our household though .

3. No internet at home. I think clearly, do more things, spend time with the kids more.

4. Scrapbooking.

5. My daughter’s new hair do – think a tamer Alfalfa from the Little Rascals.

6. My son going to school and enjoying it so far.

7. My son being obedient in doing household chores.

8. Chocolates and shoes from my mother-in-law.

9. June being our wedding anniversary month.

10. Answered prayes.
