Going into the Woods.
Not exactly to hide but to go camping.
Let me put a disclaimer here that I am never going to be the sporty, outdoorsy, adventurous type of woman. I hate getting sweaty, I hate heat, I hate bugs and I hate cooking on fire
(Well, I just actually hate cooking in general).
However, there is an offer for free camping for 3 days and 2 nights over at Camp Gettysburg and my kids are raring to go and experience camping. Of course, I’d be more than willing to because gettysburg camping is really camping with style as they offer amenities like cabins if you dont have an RV. But they also have RVs for rent. It is a famous rv camping gettysburg location as far as I know. The popular pa rv camping destination is near popular attractions and historic destinations. We can hike parts of the Appalachian Trail or spend time at the Soldier’s National Monument and even go to the "Sweetest Place on Earth" in Hershey, Pennsylvania, or explore the heart of Dutch Country in Lancaster, both just a short distance.
Let us see..
