Energy Driven

It’s the fifth day of the year and the first working day at that, and you know what I did?

I napped. For FIVE hours. Not it is past my bedtime and I’m working. Switching timezones and sleeping schedules is not a good way to start the new year.

For one thing, I have so many things I need to do. Keeping an organized, efficient and full-functional house is on the very top of that to-do list. But I really have no energy to move my butt off my computer chair. Not that I’m not addicted to the web, because I am. I just really feel tired all the time. The only thing that aren’t really tired are my fingers and eye who do all the work more than 12 hours a day most of the time because of work.

Diet? What is on my diet? A close look at my diet will reveal I’m all gulping down diet sodas and overloading on sugar and caffeine. And I read somewhere it gives me false energy. I really need to eat more veggies to keep my mind as sharp as I want it to.

image I need this green energy drink. It will give me 5 to 9 servings of green vegetables – the suggested daily allowance of a person. I should take it on an empty stomach though. I saw Joe Dillon in his video and he shared the EnergyFirst Program which he claims will let me get back on track – which I really want to do. NOW.

image Now, if I want to lose weight, I’d consider getting this whey protein isolate vanilla shake that will give me energy and allow me to burn fat. It 100% lactose and cholesterol free which is all the better. Im so very much lactose intolerant!
