Grinch
Am I the only one who wants the holiday season to be over? Let me tell you why:
1. The commercialism kills me. Specifically, my pocket. We went shopping for the kids’ gifts and I bought wrapping paper that was almost double the price I paid for last year. Are you kidding me?!?!?!
2. The traffic. It brings out words out of my mouth that I try to not let the kids hear (lest they copy me).
3. The never-ending Christmas songs. PLEASE! Give me something else.
4. The bombarding of sales e-mails and seeing posters in red in each street post light on the roads. It kills me. Primarily because I have no money.
5. Too much Food. Drinks. Sweets. Actually, everything in excess. It is hard to abuse oneself when the new year is just around the corner.
Three more days until we have a new year. Oooohhh.
