Me and My Growing Love for Coffee
The weather from where I live has been bitingly cold. It isn’t snowing yet but this is the first time in December I have been struggling not to sweat at all. It is actually the perfect bed weather – so nice for lounging around and doing nothing. Except, the last thing I should be doing is lounging around AND doing nothing! It’s only 17 days before Christmas and our house is still a mess and there is no sight of Christmas – and I’m supposed to be a stay at home mom! When I was working, the tree is up by the first of December.
During times likes these, coffee has been my friend. Our town is the Coffee Capital of the Philippines. In fact, a coffee farm is just a few meters away from where I live.
